Inaugurated in July 2023, the Abidjan Exhibition Centre was built to host major events, exhibitions and shows in Abidjan.
Designed by the architect Pierre Fakhoury, this magnificent venue complex is located in a 16-hectare park in the municipality of Port-Bouët, close to Abidjan international airport.
Since 15 January 2025, it has been managed and operated by Abidjan Events PEA, a subsidiary of the GL events Group, a leading international operator in the events sector.

By setting up Abidjan events PEA, the subsidiary responsible for managing the largest exhibition centre in West Africa, GL events has responded to a key objective set out by the government of Côte d'Ivoire, which aims to develop the country as an event destination thanks to a professional management structure that is both dynamic and innovative, while also retaining strong local roots.
